Forever Bracelets & Warranty – our policy on loss and repair

AtGold & Mary MunichWe give our best every day so that you can wear your Forever Bracelet with joy and confidence. ✨

In the past, there have been isolated cases where customers lost their bracelet – expecting it to be replaced free of charge under warranty.

We understand the emotional value that such a personal piece of jewelry can have. That is why we review each case with the utmost care and take every feedback seriously. Nevertheless, we would like to ourCommunicate warranty policy transparently and fairly:

🔧What we can promise you:

  • Should a weld seam unexpectedly come loose,we will of course repair this free of charge– anytime.
  • If your bracelet is still intact but has torn in a different spot, we are happy to check it in the studio or based on a photo and carry out a repair for a fee.small feethrough.

📌What we cannot provide:

As with any personal item – be it glasses, a ring, or a necklace – in case of lossno warranty can be claimed. A professional assessment is only possible if the piece of jewelry is available. We ask for your understanding here – and are still always committed to supporting you in the best possible way.

💫 Our bracelets are made ofhigh-quality, delicate dainty chains, which are deliberately kept light and elegant. In over 99% of all cases, the weld seam holds absolutely reliably – in my own experience for over three years.

Should a bracelet still break, it is usually due to another stressed point of the chain – for example, from pulling, hooking, or everyday impacts on the material.

📍 You can find us at Frauenplatz 15 in Munich – right by the Frauenkirche.

We look forward to advising you personally and ensuring that your Forever Bracelet accompanies you for a long time in style.
